Work Package 4: Transmission Blocking Drugs

Work Package 4 aims to characterize the transmisison blocking activity of selected drugs and remedies on Plasmodium development in the vector. It will utilize robust laboratory models to derive data which will be then examined and validated with field collected P. falciparum isolates and recently established sympatric Anopheles colonies.
